I truly don’t have enough good things to say about Bannister Homes! Sasha & Brian run their company with such integrity and really put in every effort to make sure their customers feel taken care of from start to finish. Wesley was so helpful with the design process and took such care and detail throughout my entire experience! I am beyond thankful for the Bannister’s hard work and for being treated like family from the start! It is apparent that they work diligently in every way - and above all, they represent and show the love of God in their character and business model. 🙂
If you are looking for a home and need a builder or an agnet that listens to you and wants to meet your family's needs you've found them. Brian & Sasha are good listeners and deeply desire to help your find the home that meets your family's needs.
It has been a privilege working with Bannister Homes and a wonderful home buying experience! They worked hard to get us the right house for the right price that worked with our budget. They also worked hard to get us in our house in a timely manner as we were due to have our baby soon and really wanted to bring our new baby home to our new house! We felt really included when they reported to us with weekly updates and informed us on any additional steps we needed to take to be ready to close. Brian was easy to get ahold of and responded in a timely manner when we had any questions. One of our favorite moments was when we got to go walk our property and choose where and how we wanted our house to face perfect towards the mountains.

Bannister homes is an absolute wonderful company. They are willing to sit down with you and make sure the experience in buying, building, or selling a home is yours. They are very flexible and understanding of any questions or concerns that may pop up along the way. They want to make this experience as stress free as possible. They understand different people are all different and meet you where you are and what will work for you and your family.
Not only are they a wonderful company but a wonderful family who ALWAYS goes above and beyond for others. They are a VERY loving Godly family and and has even helped me personally during difficult chapters in my life and I couldn't be more thankful. They are like a second family to me. Without them I wouldn't be who I am today.
What a PHENOMENAL realtor! I am so glad that I chose Sasha Bannister… Talk about a “GO-GETTER”! I have sold 2 homes with Sasha and both went smoothly. The second was at the end of the stay at home order for COVID-19. We closed fast and it was easy. Sasha is lovely to work with and knows her stuff!

We worked with Sasha Bannister in the beginning of 2020 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received a multitude of interest the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Sasha's incredible work. Sasha brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She also brought in a designer to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Her marketing is top notch and can't be beat! We received an offer within five days of listing. Sasha was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). She was so responsive and is the sweetest person. We had a great experience!

They were super flexible with any changes my husband and I asked throughout the home buying and building process. They went above and beyond any expectation we had.
We also used Sasha to sell our previous home and the home selling process was incredibly stress free. She made sure to post beautiful pictures of our previous home and ensured we understood everything throughout the process.
